The U. S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a warning to the public about an increase in men with erectile dysfunction and erectile dysfunction with the use of sildenafil (Viagra) in the treatment of the condition.

Viagra is a PDE5 inhibitor and is available as a generic drug, and there have been reports that it may cause side effects in some men. It is the only drug to have been approved to treat erectile dysfunction, and the FDA has not announced a possible link between the drug and sexual dysfunction.

The FDA also warned the public that the drug was not working as advertised, and the public should report any unusual side effects to the FDA.

The drug is currently being used to treat pulmonary hypertension and is not approved to treat erectile dysfunction. A similar drug, tadalafil (Cialis), was developed in 2003 to treat erectile dysfunction.

This document is a summary of a study designed to assess the use of sildenafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. This study is designed to provide more information about sildenafil and other PDE5 inhibitors in the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

This study was conducted in cooperation with the Sexual Medicine Foundation of Central Florida, the San Antonio Sexual Medicine Association, the Florida Sexual Medicine Association, and the American Association of Urologists. The study investigators conducted a systematic review and data analysis, which included the following studies:

Study 1: A total of 2,837 men with erectile dysfunction. Each individual was evaluated using a standardized questionnaire, including questions about erectile function, sexual activity, and sexual satisfaction. The primary outcome was the prevalence of erectile dysfunction and its severity, as determined by a health questionnaire (Satisfaction Questionnaire).

The group also found that men taking Viagra experienced a 40% lower rate of ejaculating compared to those not taking the drug.

Dr Berkeley Phillips, a medical and psychological research fellow with the University of Bristol, said: "Erectile dysfunction is a common side effect of medicines. I can say with great confidence that men who take phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors have a much lower incidence of erectile dysfunction than do those who do not take medicine.

"These results, although interesting, do not rule out other possible explanations for the lower rate of erectile dysfunction in men taking sildenafil, such as drug interactions or the effect of the other medicines.

"Our findings, although important, should not replace the need to take medication for erectile dysfunction, as it will help to determine whether there is any evidence that sildenafil or any other medicine for erectile dysfunction is safe and appropriate for this group of men."

The study also involved men who had never taken Viagra before and were taking other drugs for erectile dysfunction.
